Flat ground for slicing and dicing with a secondary micro bevel. The Carbon Steel Utility is made of 52100 blade steel and heat treated to 60c Rockwell. Great for use as a parring knife or stake knife, you’ll find yourself reaching for it every time. Each blade is hand ground and embossed with our Cactus Ranch Stamp. Over time the blade will patina and show a story. The blade is made without the additinal thickness of handle material and after making and testing the knife over the last few years we find it to function great as a light weight nimble tool.
